കോഴി കൂവും വരെ

മൊഴിയും
മിഴിയും
കേൾവിയും
ഒരുമിച്ച് തിരുനടനം;
കോഴി കൂവും വരെ.

അന്തിച്ചോപ്പായി
അകം;
നേരംപോയ് മറയും നേരം.

3.
വാരിവിതറിയ തുടി-
ആയിരത്തൊന്ന് പറവകൾ
ആകാശനീലിമയിൽ
അലിയുന്നത്.

4.
പൂവായ പൂവൊക്കെ
കണ്‍ചിമ്മുന്നത്;
നൂറായിരം
പൂമിഴി മിന്നുന്നത്.

5.
കാലച്ചിറകൊലിയായി
കാറ്റിന്റെ
കാൽപ്പെരുമാറ്റം
കാതിൽ.

6.
ഋക്കുരുവിടുന്നത്
മാരുതനോ,
മധുപനോ,
മക്ഷികമോ?
കിളിയോ,
കവിയാമെന്നുൾവിളിയോ?

7.
ഓർമയിൽ,
പൊരുളെഴാതെ
പിറുപിറുക്കുന്നത്,
വാനിടം പിളരുമാറ്
കതിനവെടി മുഴക്കുന്നത്
മേലേക്കുന്തിക്കയറ്റിയതൊക്കെ
താഴെക്കുരുട്ടി
ആർത്ത് ചിരിക്കുവതാര്?

നിലക്കാത്ത
കൂർക്കംവലി
ആരുടെ?

9.
ഈ നിറച്ചാർത്ത്
മുഴുവൻ
ഓതുവതെളുതല്ലെന്ന
മുഴുമിഴിവ്.

10.
മൊഴിയും മിഴിയും കേൾവിയും
ഒരുമിച്ച് തിരുനടനം;
കോഴി കൂവുന്നത് വരെ.

The Golden Deer

My mind often;
Tranquilized;
By Illusion;
And Delusion;
As the Magic Sky;
To be mesmerized.

Forgetting the Truth;
I go behind the Maya;
The Mirage;
The Golden Deer.

But the Self;
The Omnipresent;
The Omnipotent.
The Nitya-
The Eternal;
Is there;
In my innermost In;
As the sanctum Feel;
The Protector;
The King;
The Great Warrior.

Thus the Golden Deer;
The Pivot; 
Of the Great Epic;
Conjured by the Rishi;
The First Poet;
To exemplify;
The Moha-
The Desire.
